Our package provides couples a blank canvas to make the venue their own!
Standard rental fees include:
Over 8,000 square feet of private rooftop event space
An 8-hour event
(including set-up and breakdown)
Venue liaison
Building security
Post-event cleaning services
CAPACITY
With two unique connected spaces that seamlessly flow from indoors to outdoors, our space can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner
(150 guests for indoor only),
and 250 guests for a standing reception.
VENDORS
HighPoint offers true customization of your day by allowing the vendors of your choosing. We have also partnered with exceptional teams to provide the utmost service in the industry and can provide a list of preferred vendors after booking.
EVENT STAFF
Lobby Security will be required for every event, provided by the building and included in event fees.
Our in-house planning team will coordinate your event and serve as
on-site liaisons for your day.
PARKING & VALET
With a garage directly in the building, parking options are made easily accessible.
Valet and parking options are coordinated through the third-party parking partner, Colonial Parking.
EVENT LAYOUT OPTIONS
Within the 6,000+ square foot rooftop indoor space and covered terrace, we can comfortably accommodate a seated dinner for 200 (150 for indoors only) or a standing reception for 250.
Additionally, there is a 2,800 square foot open air rooftop terrace that can be incorporated into your event.
The HighPoint event space can be customized with endless potential for your ceremony, reception, or life celebration.
